70+ Year History
The Balkan family has been serving the property owners of NYC since 1952.
I called Balkan and scheduled an appointment and was given quotes for the different type of blockages. I was given a 4 hour window and about an hour before that window expired I was called by the technician. The technician showed up and his name was George. He took about 20 mins diagnosing the problem before he told me what the problem seems to be and verify cost. He was very professional and detailed and ended up clearing up the drain in about 15 mins. I haven't had a problem since. I would for sure use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
